How long have you been doing CrossFit and how often do you go?
“I’ve been at CFSC for 2 mths. I go twice a week. I also started working out 2x/week outside of CrossFit in addition to playing soccer 2x/week”
What were your goals coming in?
“To Lose weight and get in better shape”
What are your favorite and least favorite aspects of CrossFit?
“I like the workouts that have lifting and cardio in them, not just the lifting. I am able to push myself to a new level.”
How do you feel now compared to your first week at CFSC?
“I feel good. I am able to do more than the beginner workouts. When I first started, my workouts were modified with weight, time and rounds. I have started to add more weight to my movements and can do all the rounds.”
What are you goals from here?
“I would like to continue to lose more weight, do 20 consecutive double unders and 10 pull ups in a row”
