Class canceled Sat 30th we’ll be tailgating the CrossFit Games!

Take a day off from working out and come party at the biggest CrossFit event in the world. The CrossFit Games will be happening in our backyard from July 29th-31st at the Home Depot Center in Carson. This competition is for all the marbles with the top 50 fittest men, women and teams in the world competing for $250,000. On Saturday July 30th we will be carpooling up to the Home Depot Center and tailgaiting the competition. The caravan leaves at 9am.
