Hilary Brook, down 40lbs

Hilary has dropped 40 lbs since she started CrossFit 6 months ago. If you think you can make moves like this by just working out, think again. Hilary has been extremely dedicated to working out 2x/week throughout the past 5 mths, but she owes a big part of her success to her change in diet and nutrition.

Remember, all new clients are urged to come to our monthly Nutrition Information Session held the last Wednesday of every month from 7:30-8:30pm.
