CrossFit Surf City’s “Independence Run”

What: 5k Surf City Indian run with 4 lbs med ball.
Who: YOU! And anyone you’d like to invite.
Where: we’ll meet at Albertson’s parking lot on the corner of Main and Yorktown the race starts 17th and Main.
When: 4th of July, 6:30 am call times, run starts at 7 am.
Why: to have fun and strengthen our community.
