Have you been watching the crossfit games, or the Olympics trials and amazed with their ability to walk on their hands for hours? Well, we have a way to get you there…or close to. CrossFit Surf City proudly presents to you our Handstand Skill Clinic, taught by a former nationally ranked gymnast, a 16th placed SoCal CrossFit Games Regionals finisher, and our beloved coach Melissa Popovich. There’s no cost to this skill clinic as it is covered in your membership. We have 15 spots opened, so don’t wait till last minute as they do fill up very quickly.
