What is a PR Challenge?
A PR Challenge is an 8 week challenge where you set a preliminary time/score on a chosen workout. After 8 weeks we will have the finals. This will be a big event just like RACE DAY. You’ll invite friends, family, coworkers, or whoever you want to come cheer you on just like you would if you were running a marathon. We will have vendors, sponsors and a BBQ. This is a time for all of us to come together to celebrate the progress you’ll have made over the 8 weeks. On that day you will redo the workout and the people who improve the most will win.
How do you win?
There will be different divisions beginner, intermediate and advanced. The beginner and intermediate will have 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes. The places will be determined by who improves the most. The advanced will have 1st, 2nd and 3rd for the fastest time.
